Of course, we would like to tell you MONO products are the answer to everything, but actually a healthy skin microbiome is not only linked to good skincare products.
To get a skin that looks vibrant, nourished and healthy it starts very simply with a healthy lifestyle.

To go the extra mile for the curious and when time allows:

  1. Feed your guts with the good guys : fibers, almonds, kefir, miso, yogurt etc.
  2. Squeeze lots of sauna sessions and their pore minimizing wonders
  3. Drink lots of Kombucha for optimal gut health again!
  4. Practice Ahimsā
  5. Set intentions for the day
  6. Journal
  7. Listen to music with lyrics & sing loud
  8. Walk barefoot on the grass
  9. "Star-fish" on the grass
  10. Read Essentialism by Greg Mckeown for some practical tips on the disciplined pursuit of less and how to prioritize decisions.
  11. Welcome failures, because they truly are the life’s greatest teacher.
  12. Remember there is no short cut
  13. Pamper your sleep: use circadian circle lamp + aromatherapy
  14. 24 hours fasting once a month: according to science, and excellent way to help your good guys to clean up and get rid of bad guys
  15. Follow a healthy morning routine: drinking hot lemon water, meditate for 10 min, get a nutrient-rich smoothie for breakfast etc.
