Refund Policy

RETURNS

Each year, over 5 billion pounds of waste is generated from returned shipments. Most returned products, especially beauty products, cannot be reused for sanitary reasons. This represents a significant amount of unnecessary waste. If you have any questions, please contact us by email before making your purchase.

We're confident you'll love MONO Skincare . If you don't, please contact us at hello@monoskincare.com . We accept returns of any product still in its original packaging within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please email us with your order number and the product you wish to return, and we will provide you with a return label.

Return shipping is free for orders in Hong Kong. For international orders, return shipping is not covered. Once the products are received, we will refund the product in question.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCTS

If we have sent you an item in error, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt at hello@monoskincare.com , so that we can review your request and ship you the correct item as soon as possible.

If you received a damaged product, please email us at hello@monoskincare.com with details of the problem. Attaching a photo of the product in question will help us expedite the process. Shipping can sometimes be rough, so it's normal for the packaging to show some signs of wear. However, if the product is severely damaged and unusable , keep the packaging and protective materials so they can be inspected by the carrier and prevent this from happening again.

In some cases of use, it is possible that the wooden cap of your MONO bottle may crack along a fold. Rest assured, the product remains completely safe to use .

If you think your package is lost, don't panic—we'll find it. First, check that the delivery address you provided is correct. Then, check around your mailbox or driveway to see if the delivery person left the package in a safe place or with a neighbor. This happens more often than you might think.

If after two (2) working days following the expected delivery date, you still have not received your package or a delivery notice, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim.
