pH-Balancing Toner
- Apply 2 to 3 sprays of the Toner into your palms, then apply over your entire face, neck, and chest and massage.
- You should use toner after washing your face with a cleanser, and before using serum or moisturizer.
- Our toner can be used twice daily after cleansing - morning and night, but if your skin gets dry or irritated easily, try once a day or every other day to start.
